Limited, aCompany, originally started as Milind Engineering Works in 1964, is engaged inDesign, Testing, Manufacturing and Supply of Clamps,Connectors, Flat & Tubular Bus Bars, Substation materials, Cable Management System & Earthing Accessories for wide range of application. The Company has registered office located at Mumbai. The Manufacturing facility is located at Palghar (a town 90km north of Mumbai).
The Company is a pioneer in developing range of 400KV connectors in India. We were the sole suppliers of India’s first 400KV substation at NTPC Singrauli. Our complete range of 765KV connectors is undergoing various tests in our factory and recognized Testing Lab. Our products are still in use as original equipment at various substations including some of the prestigious projects like 400KV STPP at Singrauli (1978), 400KV STPP at Vindhyachal (1985), 400KV STPP at Jamshedpur (1987), 400KV STPP Chandrapur (1997), 220KV Substation at Kakrapara Nuclear Power Project (1990), 500KV Back to Back HVDC Padghe-Chandrapur (1997) to name a few.
MEPL has been operating in the industries that call for high standards of Quality Performance. MEPL connectors are in use in various industries such as Thermal, Hydro & Nuclear Power Generating Stations, SEB (Power Utilities) Distribution networks, Oil & Chemical Plants, Steel Plants, and Cement Plants etc. providing reliable service over the years.
The QUALITY focus of the company has earned a distinctive position to the Company in the Indian domestic market. We are approved vendors for Utilities like Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL), Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL), NTPC Ltd, NHPC Ltd and 17 other state electricity boards.
Many renowned OEM manufacturers & EPC contractors like ABB, Siemens, GE, CG Power & Industrial Solutions, Bharat Heavy Electricals ltd. (BHEL) – TBG Noida, BHEL-Jhansi, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Bharat Bijlee, EMCO, Sterling Wilson, Hindalco, Torrent Power, Reliance energy, Adani Power, BGR energy etc. regularly source their requirements from MEPL.
The Company started exporting its products independently in the year 2002 mainly to Gulf countries viz Oman, UAE & Qatar. We also supply our products in Africa, SAARC countries & South East Asia.
Our Engineering Department is continuously engaged in finding technically sound & economical solutions to Customer's needs. There is continuous process of technology up-gradation & economizing. We believe that "Good Product" is possible only when all inputs that go in to making of a product are good. Hence the Company follows stringent quality norms and exercises strict process control.

The factory has been accredited with ISO 9001-2015 certification by ROHS Certification Pvt. Ltd. (Emirates International Accreditation Centre) in May 2019.
We also supply AAAC/AAC/ACSR conductors, Aluminum/ Copper tubular bus bars, Copper rectangular bus bars, Earth-wire to provide our customers one stop solution to their various requirements.
