The company has manufacturing facility located at Palghar.
Palghar Facility: Palghar is a town located 90 km North of Mumbai. Palghar facility comprises a foundry & machine/assembly shop having oil fired pit furnace, surface grinders, drills, Heat treatment oven. The process is monitored and various process parameters are standardized after years of manufacturing to give sound castings.
We have in-house facility of critical operations like Argon Welding. We have well equipped machine shop & Assembly Shop. We carry out inspection at all stages of manufacturing. The checking & inspection facilities include hardness testers, tensile tester, digital thermo-meters, and digital vernier and facilities for heat run test, lateral load tests.
In addition to standard gauges & measuring instruments, we have in house facilities for following tests:
Heat Run Test (up to 4000 Amps),
Resistance test,
Tensile tests,
Movement Test,
Tension/ Compression Test,
Assembly torque test,
Lateral Load deflection test.
